Finding Our Studio
Our teaching kitchen is located on the 3rd floor of the Saigon Business Center at 123 Nguyen Hue Street, in the heart of District 1.
Landmarks: We’re a 5-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market and a 3-minute walk from the Nguyen Hue Walking Street. The building entrance is between a café (The Coffee House) and a bookstore (FAHASA).
Parking: Motorcycle parking available in building basement (10,000 VND). Car parking available at nearby Thuong Xa Tax parking garage (15,000 VND/hour). We recommend Grab/Gojek for easiest access.
Public Transport: Bus routes 01, 39, and 52 stop within 200 meters. The nearest metro station (Ben Thanh Station, Line 1) will open in 2025 and will be a 3-minute walk from our location.
Note: Our studio is accessible by elevator. Please inform us in advance if you require ground-floor accommodation.
Response Expectations
Phone Calls: Answered during business hours. If we miss your call, we return messages within 4 business hours.
Email: All inquiries receive an automated confirmation immediately. Personal responses within 24 hours (usually same day during business hours).
Weekend Inquiries: Messages received Saturday–Sunday are addressed first thing Monday morning.
Urgent Matters: For same-day course enrollment or emergency consultation requests, please call directly rather than email.

To Visit Our Studio: Drop-ins welcome during business hours for tours. For cooking demonstrations or equipment viewing, please schedule 24 hours in advance.

Do you respond in Vietnamese or English?
We respond in whichever language you use to contact us. Our team is fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Can I visit your studio without an appointment?
Yes. We welcome drop-in visitors during business hours for studio tours and general inquiries. For hands-on cooking demonstrations or equipment testing, please schedule in advance to ensure an instructor is available.
Do you offer consultations outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. We provide virtual consultations nationwide via Zoom. For in-person services outside HCMC, we offer travel packages (minimum 4 participants) with fees based on location and duration.
What if I call and get voicemail?
Leave your name, number, and brief reason for calling. We return all messages within 4 business hours. During peak enrollment periods (January, June, September), response may take up to 6 hours.
Do you have WhatsApp or Zalo support?
Yes. After initial contact via phone or email, we can continue communication via Zalo (+84 28 7710 5404) or WhatsApp (+84 90 1234 5678). We do not accept first-time inquiries via messaging apps to prevent missed messages.

Important Notes
For Medical Emergencies: If you experience a cooking-related injury requiring immediate medical attention, call Vietnam emergency services at 115 first, then notify us.
Studio Emergencies: During class hours, our lead instructor carries a first aid kit and has basic first aid certification. All staff trained in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Food Allergies: Please disclose all severe allergies when enrolling. While we take precautions, our studio handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, and dairy regularly. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
